“WHILE DRIVING, ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR SURROUNDINGS” JAIME MORQUECHO AGE 17
Q: Why are you involved in the Teens in the Driver Seat® program and what do you like most about being a part of the team?
A: The reason I am involved in the Teens in the Driver Seat program is due to the fact that I want to spread awareness and do as much as I can to encourage other teens to drive safely. What I like most about being part of the team is being able to participate and promote safe driving.
Q: If you could change one thing about the way your friends drive or ride in the car, what would it be?
A: If I could change one thing about the way my friends drive or ride in the car, it would be for them to not pay attention to their phones and to be fully aware of the road.
Q: What hashtags would your best friend or person you are closest to use to describe you?
A: The five hashtags my friends would describe me as would be #Outgoing, #Smart, #Charismatic, #Thrustworthy, and #Funny.
Q: What’s the biggest life lesson you’ve learned?
A: The biggest life lesson I have learned is to never change who you are to fit in because it is better to stand out.
Q: What would you say to inspire other teens to care more about safe driving/traffic safety?
A: What I would say to inspire other teens to care more about safe driving/traffic safety is to never be distracted, never be on your phone while driving, and always pay attention to the road and your surroundings.
