October means many things. You could be planning for football games, homecoming, and Halloween parties. It also means another round of Click It or Ticket (CIOT) enforcement, and if you’re not buckling up, October could mean getting a ticket.

Click it or Ticket wrapped up this year’s campaign across Texas in San Antonio, Texas on May 6. Teens in the Driver Seat and Communications Arts High School students were there to spread the message that this year Texas state troopers and your local police and sheriff’s departments will be keeping a close eye on you.

The annual Click it or Ticket campaign got its next big push of the year in Dallas on April 22, when students at Woodrow Wilson High School got the message—If you’re a teenager in a car, you should get ready to be the center of attention! Texas state troopers and your local police and sheriff’s departments will be keeping an extra close eye on you.

TDS helps kick off Click it or Ticket in Houston

This year’s Click it or Ticket safety belt campaign is giving you one more reason to buckle up – free music!

That’s right – free music. From April 20 until the end of May, you can go to www.clickitorticketmusic.com and watch a short video about what happens if you don’t buckle up, and then download a free song by one of several rising star Texas music artists.
