In response, students from Central and Eastern High Schools in Bristol, Connecticut are using a new program to reverse the growing trend of teen crash deaths and injuries. These two schools are the first in New England to initiate the program.

Students at Duluth High School near Atlanta have started the first TDS Program outside of Texas. The TDS team members held a news conference on November 14, 2007 to share survey results from their school and to outline their action plan for the upcoming school year.
